Responsibilities
- Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of mission-critical production environments.
- Provide technical leadership for L2/L3 production support and drive timely resolution of critical production incidents.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues.
- Lead incident management activities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions to improve system reliability.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database issues across distributed systems and production environments.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries while supporting database troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data analysis.
