Job Description
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Managing project activities (including service projects) to ensure timely delivery, including identification of critical path, monitoring and driving completion of interdependent activities and adjustment to project schedules to achieve overall completion deadline.
- Provide support to the software application functions of the Warehouse Management System (WMS/WCS), in design, implementation, deployment, programming customization/configuration, troubleshooting. Responsible for the regular maintenance/administering of WMS.
- Provide software support to existing customers on troubleshooting, system recovery and audits. Include manning IT Software hotline.
- Negotiating with vendors and teams to ensure adequate resources are available during various phases of the project. This includes handling application support and change request.
