This role is for a Software Engineer within the Software Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities Functional / Technical- Communicate highly technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Build a strong technical reputation within the organization by helping solve complex problems that others struggle to resolve.
- Develop and deliver solutions using Java, EJB, Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle, and IBM MQ.
- Understand business system requirements and translate them into scalable, stable, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- Analyse and resolve complex legacy system defects that require advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure adherence to bank standards, including coding, security, and performance guidelines.
