Job Description

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

The tech/product team consists of 70 people divided into several departments and squads. You will join one of the departments made up of 5 squads.

Each squad is managed by an Engineering Manager and includes 4-6 developers.

Your main responsabilities:

  • Scaling infrastructure for increased demand
  • Expanding product features across Voice, SMS, and automation
  • Enhancing data models and API performance
  • Ensure the system meets high standards for performance, scalability, and resilience.
  • Integrating with new systems and third-party applications
  • Driving innovation in AI-driven customer support solutions
  • Optimize communication protocols and workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.
