Job Description
What you will do
- Build and ship the unified franchisee portal as a native mobile application optimized for tablets using React Native and Expo for iOS and Android;
- Implement hardware-dependent features such as camera and barcode scanning for freezer and inventory management;
- Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, memory usage, and offline capability;
- Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code and maintain high standards through code reviews and documentation;
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to generate code scaffolding, write and review tests, create documentation, and prototype solutions;
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues;
- Participate in Agile or product-centric delivery practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
