What You'll Do
- Design and deploy Istio service mesh architectures to manage complex microservice communications.
- Configure and optimize Envoy proxies to handle L4/L7 traffic management and load balancing.
- Implement security policies including mutual TLS (mTLS), authentication, and authorization across the mesh.
- Establish comprehensive observability using Istio’s telemetry for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate services into the mesh while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Automate service mesh lifecycle management and configuration updates to ensure system stability.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
