As a Software Engineer, You will:
Supports a critical Platform Engineering team focused on stabilizing, scaling, and operating applications post-deployment. Ensures application reliability, performance, and operational excellence in production environments. Lead production support across 20 applications ensuring stability and rapid issue resolution. Design and build monitoring dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, and Prometheus Proactively identify risks via gap analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive alerting.
