We are on the hunt for a Software Engineer to join Internal Tools + Systems team!
As a Software Engineer, it’s your job to recognize strengths and weaknesses where they exist, provide feedback, and challenge your colleagues. You’ll lead by example, mentor others, and champion the vision of the company. You will be successful in this role if you are able to accept ownership for effectively developing solutions that improve the merchant experience.
On this team, you’ll be building the internal tools and systems that power how the business operates day-to-day. We work closely with teams across Data, Marketing, Support, Fraud/Risk, and Partnerships to create the services and interfaces they rely on to make critical decisions and take action. Whether it’s enabling smarter fraud detection or supporting operational workflows that drive key business processes, our work sits at the center of how the company runs.
