**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
+ Experience developing accessible technologies.
+ Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
+ Excellent C++ or Go coding and quality standards and a willingness to improve the standard of those they work with.
