Story Behind the Need:
We are quickly expanding the data collection platform infrastructure (new capabilities, deployment upgrades, CICD, roaming capabilities), and in the complexity (number of machines, collection modes), and to support reliable and scalable data collections. We need to do this quickly while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.

Working with a highly interdisciplinary team on a complex, multimodal system with cutting-edge devices.
Typical Day in the Role:
Integrating new prototype devices into the data collection platform.
Building out the data collection platform infrastructure
Administering the collection system and monitoring its health.
Deploying and testing software updates.
Diagnosing bugs and performing root cause analysis.
