+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience with software programming in Java or Kotlin.
+ 2 years of experience with Android application development.
+ 1 year of experience building software for data privacy or identity management.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
+ 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
+ Experience with digital credentials and their associated standards.
+ Experience developing accessible technologies.
