**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Software Engineer – Ag & Trade will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high quality software applications that support Cargill's Ag & Trade business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong back-end development experience and expertise in Java Springboot and front-end experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or React Native, modern backend technologies (Python Fast APIs or equivalent), and a passion for building enterprise-grade applications. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers to deliver secure, reliable, and performant software solutions.
