We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Provide Level 2 support for business-critical applications in production environments. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. Coordinate with L3 teams, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance activities. Monitor and support applications running on Unix/Linux platforms.
