Software Development Manager – Spark R&D
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Development Manager to join our dynamic Spark R&D team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spark digital orthodontic software suite by managing a software development team working on cloud-hosted web applications used by orthodontists worldwide.

Delivery Management
- Manage a cross‑functional team and lead the build, ship, and maintenance of doctor‑facing web applications.
- Own and enforce the delivery process, ensuring it is efficient and followed by the team.
- Plan releases and sprints and be responsible for execution.
- Ensure predictable delivery, raise risks and issues, and help with mitigation.
- Provide technical guidance and help the team refine new product features.
