Responsibilities
- Lead and grow multiple multidisciplinary software development teams.
- Drive product development, sprint execution, releases, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Malaysia to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Own team performance, hiring, engagement, and capability development.
- Ensure software quality across development, integration, testing, and performance.
- Define and implement effective engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to technical vision, architecture decisions, and long-term strategy.
- Drive innovation and ensure alignment with business and technology goals.
