- Lead and grow multiple multidisciplinary software development teams
- Drive product development, sprint execution, releases, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Malaysia to deliver high-impact solutions
- Own team performance, hiring, engagement, and capability development
- Ensure software quality across development, integration, testing, and performance
- Define and implement effective engineering processes, standards, and best practices
- Contribute to technical vision, architecture decisions, and long-term strategy
- Drive innovation and ensure alignment with business and technology goals
- This role is fully based in Ipoh
