The Opportunity
We're looking for an Software Development Manager to lead our DevOps team as we scale infrastructure across multiple regions and push toward continuous deployment. You'll own the platform engineering function — developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and the systems that let MaintainX move fast without breaking things.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of platform and DevOps software developers: set direction, remove blockers, and develop talent.
- Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience improvements, platform efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.
- Partner with product engineering teams to build the tooling and self‑service capabilities that let them own their deployments.
