You will partner with software engineers and product managers to build and operate the high-availability, low-latency distributed systems that execute inventory transfer and crossdocking decisions across Amazon's fulfillment network. You will design and build scalable, fault-tolerant, transactional services where correctness and reliability are non-negotiable. The ideal candidate has a high sense of ownership, the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, and a strong bar for operational excellence. This role will challenge you with problems of scale in distributed systems, high-throughput transaction processing, and building services that stay available and correct under continuous load.
