The mission of the EU INTech Consumer Selection Discovery teams is to help customers find, evaluate and compare products they like, need or want. Our vision is that every customer should be confident to find the best product for their specific needs and preferences at the best value with very low effort. We believe that every customer and their situation require specific attention and so we build delightful shopping experiences that are tailored to the customer’s mission. We innovate from EU for the WW customer. To achieve that, we partner with WW business and tech teams from Softlines, Consumables and Hardlines and other platform/host teams. We don’t settle for an average one size fits all and find the right CX for customers on each product family (PF) while delivering a cohesive sitewide CX.
