Software Development Engineer (RPA & AI)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA automation processes, ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery
• Design, develop, and implement AI Agents based on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio to support various business use cases
• Develop integrations and automation solutions for ERP, MES, OA, and other enterprise systems
• Continuously optimize RPA workflows and AI applications to improve system stability, operational efficiency, and user experience
• Develop technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials, and provide technical support and user training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
