Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain Windows OS images for deployment across various hardware platforms.Utilize VBScript, Batch, PowerShell, and Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) to automate imaging and deployment processes.Troubleshoot imaging issues using structured problem‑solving methods and root‑cause analysis.Assess technical problems, evaluate potential impact, and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate documentation for deployment procedures and customer facing documents.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
