Job Summary
The Software Developer is responsible for providing on-site technical solutions and support for Sama X connectivity operations. The role includes building and maintaining the tools, scripts, and reports required to support a smooth quote-to-cash lifecycle, serving as the technical point of contact for rapid troubleshooting and continuous system enhancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Custom Tooling & Scripting: Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts (primarily in Deluge, Python, and JavaScript) to automate tasks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain complex reports and real-time dashboards in Zoho Analytics to provide visibility into inventory, service status, and financial performance.
