- Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices
- BPMN/DMN workflow modelling & orchestration
- Kafka / Confluent event-driven integrations
- CI/CD pipelines & Azure DevOps
- AI-enabled workflow optimisation & automation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years software development experience
- Strong workflow automation & process orchestration capability
- Experience deploying and monitoring BPM solutions
- Event-driven architecture integration experience
- Banking industry exposure advantageous
- Passion for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
