Working arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite (including Tuesdays)
The Role
As a Staff Engineer (Architect), you will lead the design and evolution of scalable systems that assess and improve map quality at scale. You’ll play a critical role in enabling faster, data-driven, and cost-effective decision-making. This is a high-impact, architecture-focused role , ideal for someone who thrives on designing complex systems and influencing technical direction across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design across multiple teams
- Develop clear structures for complex distributed systems , including integrations and data flows
- Drive solutions for large-scale, high-impact technical challenges
- Act as a technical leader and mentor , elevating engineering standards across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams
