Software Architect

We are expanding Duferco’s Corporate Innovation Team and are looking for a hands‑on Software Architect who can shape how we design, build, and evolve internal software in an AI‑native engineering environment. You will work across domains such as energy, trading, logistics, steel, insurance, sports, and other sectors, turning messy business problems into well‑structured systems that AI and humans can implement safely and maintain over time. You will define pragmatic architectures, guide AI‑assisted implementation, establish engineering patterns, and build internal platforms, AI‑enabled tools, automation systems, and backend infrastructure that create leverage across the group.
