Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
- To engage with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration and provide positive mentoring and/or counselling support for students and their families.
- To connect with identified students, build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development and positive school outcomes.
- To plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including student outreach, learning journeys, home visits and/or family engagement sessions where necessary, customized to students' needs and aligned with the School's efforts.
- To plan and facilitate group‑based programs targeting students with identified social, emotional, or behavioral needs, in consultation with the School's student support team.
- To observe and identify key needs of students and to report such cases to the Student Management Key Personnel and/or School Leaders for further intervention and support.
