Job Description

Job Title: Social Worker – D2A/Safeguarding Team
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £ 33.30/per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced social worker to join their Discharge to Assess (D2A) and Safeguarding Team. This role involves leading and managing safeguarding processes to protect and promote the well-being of adults at risk, children, carers, family members, and vulnerable individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality safeguarding practices and driving continuous improvement within the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload of safeguarding cases, prioritizing based on urgency and need, ensuring timely interventions and support.
