Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Social Worker to support our Inpatient Rehab and Complex Continuing Care (CCC) services in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to children and youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts strengths‑based social work assessment and consultation for families of diverse backgrounds whose children may have a variety of medical diagnoses
