Responsibilities

• Lead Codeway's social presence. Run LinkedIn and Instagram day-to-day, with TikTok opening up as we grow. You shape what goes out and keep the feed consistent, alive, and unmistakably Codeway, in the direction we set together.
• Turn the company into content. A new hire's story, a moment from the office, the launch of a career program, a role we're hiring for. Work closely with the people who run our events, culture, and employee experience, and turn what they create into content that travels.
• Make people want in. A lot of what we make exists to bring great people to Codeway. Hiring posts, recruitment campaigns, employer-brand storytelling across our channels, organic and paid. You make the kind of content that makes the right people want to be part of this.
• Drive content from idea to live. Decide what's worth making, brief and direct your copywriter, videographer, and motion designer, and keep the work moving to publish. Yo...
