We're hiring a Social Media Manager for a fast‑growing fintech client. This is a hands‑on, all‑rounder role for someone who lives and breathes social.

What you'll do

• Own organic social end to end across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and Reddit daily posting and active community management
• Create your own content: shoot and edit short‑form video yourself, no designer dependency
• Lead with raw, trend‑led content over polished, overly branded work
• Build and run creator, affiliate, and influencer programmes, plus UGC
• Own both the strategy and the execution — you set the direction and you do the work

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in social media, content, or community roles
• A proven hands‑on content creator your camera roll and edits do the talking
