Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create engaging social media content and captions.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Build and engage online communities.
- Monitor and manage Google Reviews and Trustpilot.
- Respond to customer queries and online feedback.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer sentiment.
- Coordinate influencer and community partnerships.
