Compensation: ₹35,000–40,000/month + up to Rs 50,000 worth of ESOPs (based on experience & output).
About the role
We turn real doctors' clinical guidance into short, trustworthy, beautifully-made content. We're hiring one fast, tasteful creator to own our daily Instagram and YouTube output — video first, design second. You'll organize real world shoots and turn it into a month of short videos using design and AI tools.
Your job is execution and craft: make it look great, make it move fast, ship it on schedule.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from doctor talking-head footage, patient stories, and educational brand clips — with a strong hook in the first 2 seconds.
