Job Description
Rad-Hires seeks a SOC Lead to ensure continuous, high-quality security monitoring and incident response across assigned customers. You will mentor analysts, drive QA and process improvements, and partner with engineering to improve detections, tooling, and automation.
You will act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, guiding containment, remediation, and customer communication while adhering to runbooks and SLAs. Strong analytics and KPI-driven reporting are required.
