- Monitoring of SIEM CONSOLE logs for alert detection.
- Daily BAU activity.
- Update Blocked IP’s in active list
- Alert Analysis
- Monitoring
- Handover Mail
- Update CI Alert in tracker
- Daily Reporting
- Raise a ticket with SIEM CONSOLE administrator if health monitoring threshold alert is received.
- Log baseline preparation for new log source addition
- Configuring SIEM console to collect logs from new log source
- Define automated scripts in SIEM console for the backup
