This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are CSIA or CASI certified and have experience in leadership roles. You’ll support operations, instructor management, and ensure lessons align with professional standards, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests of every skill level.

• Oversee Snow School operations and instructor management
• Schedule lessons and instructors effectively
• Ensure prompt lesson check-ins for guests
