Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a SMT Operator Lead to join their team. As a SMT Operator Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $27.00-$28.00/hr**
**Shift:** Swing Shift (2:30pm to 11pm) / Day Shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
