Daily Duties
- Operate and set up SMT machines (Pick & Place, reflow ovens, screen printers, AOI)
- Load feeders, check parts kitting, and ensure smooth production
- Hand-place, solder, inspect, and rework components
- Self-certify your work and maintain high-quality standards
- Support occasional cable assembly tasks and collaborate with other departments
Required Experience
- Proven experience with SMT machinery
- Through-hole soldering and component recognition skills
- Ability to read circuit and engineering diagrams
- SMT programming experience is a plus
