Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SMT Equipment Engineer who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of SMT equipment . In this role, you will ensure equipment stability, uptime, and performance to support high-volume production .
Job Responsibilities- Operate, install, qualify, and maintain SMT equipment across high-volume production lines
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on SMT equipment
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance metrics , including uptime, availability, and throughput
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime
- Optimize equipment performance and utilization on an ongoing basis
- Support new equipment introduction, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
