Requirements
- Assist in the creation and execution of SMS marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Write compelling and concise SMS messages that effectively communicate our marketing messages.
- Build, test, and deploy SMS messages using TCP’s SMS marketing platform (e.g. Vibes).
- Assist in personalizing SMS messages to enhance relevance and customer engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests on SMS copy, send times, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign results.
- Build and maintain segmented SMS lists, ensuring they are clean, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy laws.
- Track and analyze campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.
