Key Responsibilities
- SmartComm
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using SmartComm.
- Develop and enhance templates, layouts, rules, scripts, and content libraries .
- Implement batch and real-time document generation solutions.
- Work with XML, XSLT, and data mapping for document composition.
- Integration & Technical Design
- Integrate SmartComm with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, Core systems, ECM, Archive).
- Develop solutions using SmartComm Designer, Design Manager, and Communications Server .
- Support document distribution via print, email, PDF, and digital channels.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
