Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Polisher / Smart Repair Technician to join a busy automotive bodyshop operation in Upper Heyford. This is a varied role combining polishing and cosmetic smart repair work within a modern workshop environment.

The successful candidate will have strong polishing experience alongside the ability to carry out a range of cosmetic and interior repairs to a high standard.

The Role:


As a Polisher / Smart Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Polishing newly painted panels to remove imperfections and achieve a factory-quality finish

  • Removing scratches and correcting minor paint defects

  • Carrying out cosmetic smart repairs across a range of vehicles

  • Completing plastic, trim, and interior repairs

  • Carrying out windscreen and leather repairs where required

  • Ensuring all job cards and repair documentation are completed accurately
