Dewiz is an Ecosystem Actor within the Sky Ecosystem (formerly MakerDAO), one of the most battle-tested and capitalized ecosystems in DeFi, historically responsible for pioneering decentralized stablecoins (DAI) and managing billions in on-chain liquidity. As part of Sky’s Endgame architecture , the ecosystem is evolving into a network of specialized, autonomous actors, each responsible for specific verticals such as governance, risk, growth, and protocol execution.
Dewiz sits at the core of protocol execution, you can think of it as:
The team responsible for shipping and upgrading core smart contract logic
The interface between governance decisions and on-chain implementation
A high-trust execution layer , ensuring changes to the protocol are secure, efficient, and aligned with the system’s long-term design
