Job Description
Small Engine Mechanic
Wage: $36.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
Benefits: Medical and dental benefits available following completion of the probationary period.
Requirements
- Post‑secondary education in small engine repair, mechanical repair, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines and construction equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Steel‑toed safety boots required.
- Valid driving record and licence.
Job Duties
- Inspect and test small engines, motors, and mechanical equipment to diagnose and isolate faults (e.g., generators, compressors, pumps, pressure washers, concrete saws, plate compactors).
