About the Role
As a Small Business Specialist based in Townsville, you will play a key role in supporting regional and agribusiness customers, partnering closely with Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality credit outcomes. Working across the end-to-end lending process, you will analyse financial information, prepare credit submissions, and coordinate settlements to ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently.
You will be a trusted support to both customers and front-line bankers, helping to identify opportunities, structure lending solutions, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
