Job Description

Our client, a leading Western Australian underground mining operation is seeking an experienced Alternate Underground Manager to support the safe and efficient delivery of underground mining activities.

Reporting to the Underground Manager, this position will provide operational leadership across underground production, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe production outcomes while developing strong relationships with operational teams and contractors

About You:

  • Previous experience in an Alternate Underground Manager, Underground Manager, or senior underground leadership role
  • Strong underground hard rock mining experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead production teams and manage underground mining activities
