Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.


Required Skills and Work Experience:

• At least 7 years' work experience as a Client Success Manager, Implementation Specialist. Experience in a BPO setting is and advantage.

• Proven track record in client onboarding, implementation, and client success management.

• Proficient knowledge on call center operations and service delivery/performance metrics.

• Excellent ability to handle multiple client accounts.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and market dynamics and advanced knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and tools.
