Job Summary

This position is a unionized role within our production team. As a Slitter Operator, you will be required to learn, understand, and put into practice all of our policies and procedures to help manufacture the highest quality products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will routinely perform your duties with minimal supervision, independently and in a team with another operator. You must be able to work in an environment with many distractions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing your duties. No travel is required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate slitting/packaging cell to cut, package, and label various rolled roofing products
• Provide support to maintenance team members to help troubleshoot machine issues and make improvements (optimization) within the department.
