This position is responsible for the coordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriates funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular sleep lab meetings to stay aligned with the team and daily operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact, answering questions from physicians and patients, and booking sleep study appointments.
• Ensure every requisition is processed properly and reviewed by the medical director before moving forward.
