Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Slaughterline Operative to support daily production in a busy meat processing environment based in Carlow.

The role requires previous slaughterline experience, strong knife skills, and a strong focus on safety, hygiene, and quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out slaughterline duties safely and efficiently.

  • Handle livestock and carcasses in line with welfare and hygiene standards.
