This role is responsible for delivering high-quality paint and finishing operations on defence products, ensuring all work is completed in line with certified manufacturing processes, strict quality standards, and project timelines. Working within the Paint Department, you will play a key part in supporting production targets, maintaining workmanship excellence, and contributing to the successful delivery of critical defence programmes.
